77tt Privacy Policy: How We Protect Your Data

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

The 77tt is the controller of personal data collected through the platform available at 77tt.best. For the purposes of the LGPD, we are the entity responsible for defining the purposes and means of processing our users' data in Brazil.

2.1 Data provided directly by you

During registration and use of the platform, 77tt collects the following information:

• Contact details: email address, mobile number, residential address including zip code.
• Financial data: information about the payment method used (Pix key, partial credit or debit card details, bank account for wire transfer). The 77tt does not store full card numbers — that information is processed directly by our partner payment gateways.
• Verification data: documents submitted for the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, including a selfie with ID and proof of address.

2.2 Automatically collected data

When you access the 77tt platform 77tt via mobile or desktop, we automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate geolocation data.
• Device type, operating system, and browser version.
• Pages visited, session duration, and navigation flow within the platform.
• Information about bets placed, games accessed, and interactions with platform features.
• Cookie and similar technology data, as described in Section 9.

2.3 Third-party data

In some cases, 77tt may receive your data from identity verification partners, payment platforms such as Mercado Pago and PicPay, or fraud prevention services. This data is used exclusively for the purposes described in this Policy.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (LGPD)

All data processing carried out by the 77tt relies on one or more legal bases established by the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018):

• Contract performance (art. 7, V): processing necessary to fulfill the service agreement entered into when you register on the platform — handling bets, payments, and withdrawals.
• Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7º, II): identity verification, anti-money laundering compliance, and reporting to regulatory authorities, as required by Brazilian law applicable to the betting sector.
• Legitimate interest (art. 7º, IX): fraud prevention, platform security, and continuous service improvement, provided this does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent (art. 7º, I): for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where your explicit consent is requested and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

• Payment service providers: gateways, banks, and digital wallets such as Mercado Pago, PicPay, Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil, to process financial transactions.
• Identity verification services: specialized KYC and biometric partners, to verify the authenticity of documents submitted during registration.
• Infrastructure providers: cloud hosting and security services, which process data as processors under contract and in accordance with our instructions.
• Public authorities: regulatory bodies, the Ministry of Finance, the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA), the Federal Police, and other authorities, when required by law or court order.
• Game and content providers: casino game and e-sports providers operating within the platform, strictly to the extent necessary for the games to function.

In all these cases, 77tt contractually requires all third parties to handle your data with the same level of protection we apply internally, in compliance with the LGPD.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

The 77tt retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to meet applicable legal obligations.

In general, account and transaction data is retained for a minimum of 5 (five) years after account closure, as required by Brazilian anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping laws. Data collected solely on the basis of consent is deleted upon request by the data subject, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Once the mandatory retention period ends, data is securely deleted or anonymized so that the individual can no longer be identified.

Despite all these measures, no system is 100% invulnerable. We therefore recommend that you also take care of your own account security: use a strong, unique password for 77tt, enable two-step verification when available, and never share your credentials with anyone.

11. Minors

The services of 77tt are intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If we identify that an account was created by a minor, the account will be immediately closed and all associated data will be deleted, except where legal retention obligations apply.
