77tt Terms and Conditions: Clear Rules for Betting Safely

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform 77tt, available at 77tt.best, as well as all Sports Betting, Live Casino, games, and other features offered by the platform in Brazil.

By registering, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the specific rules for each category available on 77tt.

If you are accessing 77tt on behalf of another person or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms. Acceptance is personal and non-transferable.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the services of 77tt, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legal access to the platform from Brazilian territory.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not be on any national self-exclusion list or restricted by court order.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 77tt.

The 77tt reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify compliance with these requirements. Failure to meet any requirement may result in immediate account suspension and the freezing of withdrawals pending completion of the review.

3. Registration & Account

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may hold only one active account on 77tt. Creating multiple accounts under the same holder is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved, as well as the freezing of any balances identified as irregularly obtained.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. False or incomplete information may prevent withdrawal processing and result in account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all actions taken from your account on 77tt. We recommend using a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Enable two-factor authentication when available.

In the event of unauthorized access or suspected misuse, contact 77tt at contato@77tt.best. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from the user's failure to protect their login credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 77tt may request identity documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This is standard practice in the regulated market and is designed to protect both the user and the integrity of the platform. Withdrawals will only be released once verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

The 77tt accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL:

• Pix: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with funds typically credited to the platform account immediately.
• Boleto bancário: Cleared within up to 1 business day after payment.
• Credit and debit card: Accepted cards subject to availability. Subject to operator approval.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: Digital wallets widely used in Brazil.
• TED transfer: Accepted by major Brazilian banks, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit accepted by 77tt is BRL 10.00 (R$ 10.00). Deposited funds become available in the account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the system. The 77tt does not charge fees on deposits, though third-party fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. The 77tt does not accept third-party transfers. Deposits identified as coming from a different source will be returned and the account may be suspended for review.

5. Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, the user must have completed identity verification and have no pending account reviews. The withdrawal method must match the one used for the deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

Pix withdrawals are processed promptly by the financial team at 77tt, usually within a few hours on business days. Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 3 business days, depending on the bank and the time the request is submitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals of bonus-linked funds are subject to the applicable rollover requirement being met before they are released. The 77tt may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts, as part of its compliance and anti-money laundering procedures.

6. Sports Betting

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid once a confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in 77tt. Connection issues or device freezes do not guarantee cancellation of a bet that has already been processed.

6.2 Changes and Cancellations

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or canceled by the user, except in cases where 77tt offers the Cash Out feature. Cash Out conditions are displayed in real time within the bet interface.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 77tt in the following situations: event canceled, suspended, or not completed within the scheduled timeframe; manifest odds errors caused by a technical failure; confirmation of match-fixing by the relevant sports regulatory body. In the case of a void bet, the staked amount is returned in full to the user's balance.

6.4 Tournament Coverage

The 77tt covers the major national and international competitions, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, top-level volleyball, NBB, UFC, MMA, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire, Dota 2), and many more. The list of available events is continuously updated and may vary by season.

7. Casino and Games

The casino games available on 77tt — including slots, live casino with real dealers, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and crash games — are provided by certified suppliers and operate with an independently audited random number generator (RNG).

• Match fixing, collusion between bettors, or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain promotional advantages or circumvent restrictions.
• Use of a VPN or other means to mask the user's actual location and access the platform from unauthorized regions.
• Any conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

Detection of any of these practices may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team at 77tt at contato@77tt.best. Available balances (minus any unfulfilled bonuses) will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit, following identity verification.

The 77tt may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or by order of a competent authority. In cases of termination for cause, balances derived from irregular activity may be frozen.

11. Responsible Gambling

The 77tt believes betting should always be a form of responsible entertainment. That's why we provide tools to help our users stay in control:

• Temporary pause: Suspend access to your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date, as described in Section 10.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby designated as the sole jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from this instrument, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.

The 77tt operates in compliance with Brazilian law applicable to the sports betting and online entertainment market, including the guidelines of Law No. 13.756/2018 and subsequent regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA).
